Part of a campaign of banners that were initially targeting Georgia drivers, this banner has a mix of of Action-script and timeline animation and the smoke was created with a combination of two different shape tween loops with a blur and slight transparency and then Action-script animation helped add a smoothness that makes the whole thing look a lot more realistic.
